Welcome to GyaanPath.online (“GyaanPath”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Yeh Terms & Conditions (Terms) aap aur GyaanPath ke beech ka legal agreement hai. Is website aur iske services ko use karne se aap in Terms se agree karte hain. Agar aap in Terms se agree nahi karte, to kripya site ka use band kar dein.

1. Services ka brevity

GyaanPath AI-powered mock tests, performance analytics, study notes, aur related educational services provide karta hai. Hum web-based platform, email services, aur customer support ke through services deliver karte hain.

2. Account aur Eligibility

• Aapko account banane ke liye sahi aur complete information deni hogi. Aap responsible ho apne account credentials ki security ke liye.
• Service use karne ke liye aapko minimum age (13+) ka hona chahiye. Agar aap minor ho, to aapke parent/guardian ka consent zaroori hai.
• Hum user accounts ko suspend/terminate kar sakte hain agar fraudulent activity, policy violation, ya illegal use detect ho.

3. Trial Offer (Trial ₹1)

GyaanPath ek promotional trial offer chalata hai: Trial — ₹1 (jaise site par mention). Trial ka duration, features aur terms alag-alag ho sakte hain; har offer ki specific conditions us offer ke page par di jayengi. Trial period ke dauran aapko full/limited access mil sakta hai; trial period ke khatam hone par subscription automatic charge ho sakta hai (agar aapne auto-renew choose kiya ho) — isliye payment settings dhyan se check karein.

4. Subscription aur Payments

• Paid subscriptions ke liye hum third-party payment processors (jaise Razorpay) use karte hain. Hum aapki full card details store nahi karte; payment processor PCI-compliant environment me process karta hai.
• Subscription plans (monthly/quarterly/annual) ki pricing aur features product page par di jayengi. Hum pricing kabhi bhi update kar sakte hain; naye users ko update rates apply hongi aur existing subscribers ko current billing cycle ke baad apply kiya ja sakta hai.

Content ko copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works bina prior written permission ke karna strictly prohibited hai.

8. User-Generated Content

Agar aap feedback, testimonials, ya kisi bhi tarah ka content bhejte hain to aap grant karte hain GyaanPath ko royalty-free, worldwide right to use, modify aur display karne ka (for promotional or improvement purposes) — jab tak aap specific terms me na bolen.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GyaanPath aur uske affiliates kisi bhi indirect, incidental, special, consequential ya punitive damages ke liye liable nahi honge (including loss of profits, data, business interruption).
