1. ₹1 Trial Offer — Refund Policy
₹1 Trial ek promotional offer hai jo new users ko platform ka experience dene ke liye diya jata hai.
- ₹1 trial activation ke baad yeh non-refundable hota hai.
- Trial ke dauran aap subscription ko kabhi bhi cancel kar sakte hain.
- Trial expiration ke baad auto-renewal ho sakta hai (agar enabled hai).
2. Subscription Refund Policy

5. Payment Failures / Double Charges
Agar kisi user ka payment fail ho kar bhi deduct ho gaya hai, to:

- Verification ke baad ya to access activate kiya jata hai ya refund initiate kiya jata hai.

6. Fraudulent Transactions
Agar koi unauthorized / fraudulent payment hamare platform par detect hota hai, to hum:

- Account temporarily suspend karte hain,
